Players that are on a waitlist will be added to the field based on their position on the waitlist before the entry deadline. If a player withdraws after the deadline, the vacant spot will only be filled by the first player on the waitlist in the same age division. For example, if a player in the Boys 15-18 age division withdraws after the deadline, his spot will be replaced by the first 15-18 boy on the waitlist. If no player is available on the waitlist to fill that vacant position then no other player will be added to the field.
Exception: 13-18 Girls will be considered as one age division for the waitlist policy. |
