Tournament fields will be considered closed at 5:00pm HST two (2) working days before the tournament. For example: for a tournament to be held on a Saturday, the field will be closed at 5:00pm on Thursday; for a tournament on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, the field will be closed at 5:00pm on the preceding Friday. Alternates who have received a place in the field must have confirmed their participation before the field closes. No alternates will be called to fill vacated spots after the field closes. However, juniors who are on an event’s “wait list” may stand by at the course on the day of the event. |
