| Tournament Information |

Each team will consist of one boy and one girl from the 13-18 age divisions. You will have the opportunity to choose your own partner. We will be giving entry priority for those who enter with their partner. For individuals who cannot identify a partner, the HSJGA will pair those individuals with others without partners. Please contact the HSJGA office if you need further assistance. Entry fee is $40 each = $80 per team.

Points will only be awarded to girls 13-18 and boys 15-18.
**Juniors who are 12 years old and under will automatically be placed on a wait list. They will only be able to play up if the field allows.

Call Poipu Bay Pro Shop @ 742-8711. All players must use a cart and have a valid drivers license. Green fee is $34 plus cart fee.

Thank you notes should be addressed to the following and will be collected at registration on day 2. You must turn in a thank you note in order to tee off. Please make sure you include your first and last name, signed AND printed.
