The no-show policy applies to all competitive rounds of each event. If you cannot play in a second or third round of an event, you must notify the HSJGA office by phone only to withdraw from an event prior to your scheduled tee time for that round. A player failing to properly withdraw from a tournament and/or failing to compete will forfeit the entry fee and be suspended from the next HSJGA tournament for which the player is entitled to enter. If it happens a second time, the player will be suspended from all tournaments for the remainder of the year. (Exceptions for emergencies and injuries.) |
