Format of Play: 36 hole stroke play (18 holes each day).
First tee time is 11:00am on Saturday (1st and 10th tees)
First tee time is 6:44am on Sunday (1st and 10th tees)
BOOK A LATE FLIGHT SO YOU ARE NOT RUSHED TO LEAVE IN CASE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF AN ON-COURSE PLAY-OFF.
If you have qualified for the TOC you must register online.
The banquet will be held after round one (Dec. 5) at the Makena Beach & Golf Resort ballroom. Juniors participants are free of charge. Banquet fees for adults (13 & older) is $35 and $15 for children (12 & under). Please make sure you indicate the amount of guest attending when you register for the tournament. Payment will be collected at round one registration.
Banquet Attire: Junior boys and men must wear long pants and an aloha shirt while junior girls and ladies must wear the appropriate aloha attire.
HOTEL RATES:
1) Aston Hotels-Maui Banyan: $110 per night. One bedroom condo w/full kitchen and free parking. Please contact the property directly at 808-875-0004 to book your reservation. Make sure to identify yourself as an HSJGA TOC participant to obtain this rate.

You must turn in four (4) separate thank you notes addressed to each person(s) listed below in order to tee off. Please make sure you include your first and last name, signed AND printed. Please spend some time and write a thoughtful note to each sponsor who has given so much for you to participate. It is a privilege to play at such a beautiful resort, receive a nice player gift and enjoy a memorable banquet. Our sponsors enjoy reading your thank you notes so be creative, include a photo, draw a picture and elaborate your appreciation.
