| Important Information for Qualifiers |
|---|
Players will have 48 hours to commit to the Junior World Championship. This time period will begin when the HSJGA representative (intern, staff or other designated person) first speaks to either the junior or their parent/guardian or, if we are unable to reach a person live, on the day following the first attempt(s), a message (or messages) will be left at all phone numbers given to us on the junior’s enrollment form.
The penalty for accepting a spot in the Junior World Championship then withdrawing will be that the junior must pay the differential incurred by the HSJGA or the next qualifier, if any, for flight re-bookings. This could be $100 or more.
Please also understand that any serious breach of any HSJGA rule, policy or procedure that results in disqualification at any HSJGA event, or any behavior unbecoming a representative of the HSJGA will eliminate the junior from future qualifiers.
